Snowbird Special - Winter 2023-2024

We have so much fun we are extending our winter season until the end of April. We are looking for a few more winter residents and are offering a special deal!

We only have a few requirements of our Snowbird Family

• Have fun

• Plan to join in and help with the activities

• Be prepared to meet some friendly people and establish long term friendships - many of our winter residents have been coming here for 20 years or more!

• You will return we are sure of it.
  
  

·          We are Covid-19 Free and hope to stay that way so we will be strictly complying with all the State and County Guidlines for all our activities.

Our premium rate is currently $645.00/$655.00 per month plus electric and propane.

o   Snowbird Special

o    To encourage you to enjoy our new pool and put up with our construction dust, We will offer a discounted rate on our premium back-in and pull-through sites of $550.00 Premium site Rate for new reservations.

o   If you commit to 6 months you will pay for 5 and get 6.

§  The 6^th month will be electric and propane only.

§  Good for reservations from October 1, 2022 through May 30, 2023.

•  2 months must be paid at time of reservation, before September 25^th 2022 upon check-in one month will be credited to your account and a $75.00 electric deposit due, then you pay monthly for months 2, 3 and 4 the second month deposit will be credited for the 5th month.  The sixth month is free only paying electric and any propane charges! What a great way to end your snowbird season!

  This is a significant savings and results in an effective monthly rate of $537.50 and $545.83 respectively per month compared to the current $645.00/$655.00 rate currently being charged.

o   Returning Snowbirds will be eligible for the program and the $550.00 per month on existing reservations as of October 10, 2022.  Reservations made after October 10, 2020 will be subject to the new monthly rental rate and not eligible for the special.

 

All other new reservations will be at the new current per month rates for premium sites, pull-throughs, and for standard back-ins.
